		<description>well done great post &lt;br&gt;Social networking and learning can be almost the same thing.&lt;br&gt;Remember though culture is moving from sage on stage and learners sitting silently in rows and with deference and obedience expected - the technology is so disruptive I think some teachers will never get it - &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Learning takes place in workplace and college in different ways and not such a leap in these places</description>
